About artist: Elina Birzkalne is an artist who paints in the style of impressionism who frequently tries different combinations of colors and shapes. She is interested in the possibilities of finding new techniques, she paints by listening to her heart, nature, smells, subconscious and is not afraid to be misunderstood. Elina has participated in exhibitions as a guest artist. Now she paints and learns new techniques in the master workshop and Plein airs of the Latvian painter Ieva Neikena.

The compositions are original works of art, painted in only one copy, observing the basics of academic painting. A lot of time and effort has been devoted to creating each painting, and the final result is achieved through experimentation, careful detalization, and the artist finding herself in the painting process.
